What we keep
Short version: an email address if you give us one, a birth date only if you ask for a reminder, and nothing at all unless you say yes to it.
Who we are
Himlakropp, Stockholm, Sweden. Registered company name and org.nr to be added. Questions about anything on this page go to hej@himlakropp.se, and we answer within a working day.
What we collect, and why
Your email address, if you sign up to the letter. We use it to write to you and nothing else. Legal basis: your consent.
A birth date — day and month only, and only if you tick the reminder box. We never ask for the year, because a star sign doesn’t need one. We use it to write to you shortly before that date each year. Legal basis: your consent. Untick it, or unsubscribe, and we delete it.
Order details, when you buy something. Checkout happens on Shopify, so your address and payment details are handled there under Shopify’s own privacy terms — we never see or store card data.
Nothing else. We don’t buy data, we don’t sell yours, and we don’t run advertising trackers.
Cookies
Two kinds, and only one of them asks permission.
Necessary. Your bag is remembered in your own browser so it survives a reload. It holds a cart reference, no personal detail, and the site cannot work without it.
Analytics. Only if you allowed it. It tells us which of the twelve signs people look at, so we make more of what you want. If you declined, none of it runs — you can change your mind any time from the Cookies link in the footer.
How long we keep things
Email and birth date: until you unsubscribe, then deleted. Order records: as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to hej@himlakropp.se and we’ll sort it. If we get it wrong, you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority.
